A thirty-six-year-old construction worker withered in pain as the ambulance took him to the hospital. Andy’s cramps were unbearable and he thought he was going to die. The doctor told him that his gallbladder would need to be surgically removed and that there was no time to waste. Three hours later, this apparently healthy young man lay recovering in his hospital bed without a vital organ needed to help the body system function properly, similar to a car with a leaking gas valve. And where do the gallstones go now that Andy’s gallbladder has been removed?

A fifty-six-year-old widowed secretary and grandmother of six began experiencing severe abdominal pain, throbbing pain in her back, nausea, and vomiting. Abigail was told of a simple bowel cleanse that could alleviate her condition and perhaps even eradicate her symptoms, but she was skeptical and didn’t believe a cleanse would really work. She continued with the way of eating and hectic lifestyle of hers. Six months later, this wonderful woman had her colon removed; she now expels her bodily waste into a bag tied to her waist that she hides under her robe.

Modern diets are clogging our pipes and suffocating the vital organs that are needed to run our body’s mechanisms efficiently. But there is something we can do. It cleanses the body of these toxic overloads. “All the tissues are fed by the blood, which is supplied by the intestine. When the intestine is dirty, the blood is dirty, and so on with the organs and tissues.” Dr Benard Jensen

Our intestines are like a sewage system, because they also need regular maintenance to continue to function properly and effectively. When the toilet gets clogged and you flush it, what happens? It overflows all over the floor. Either the toilet itself is clogged, or maybe it’s the sewer line a thousand feet from your toilet. You try to fix the problem using a plunger, but the toilet still overflows because you’re not attacking the source of the problem. Now you have to call the rooter of the rotor to disconnect the sewer line where it is clogged. In the same way with our intestinal tract, if it is clogged we need to unclog the intestinal pipes, so that the toxins can escape. Rotor rooter cannot do this for us; we need to cleanse our bodies by removing old waste and deposit buildup. By fine-tuning the entire intestinal tract through cleansing, we are attacking the source of many health problems and eventually many disease systems that cause many health problems.

How will you know if you have a blocked intestines? Do you have joint pain, high mucus levels, persistent back pain, allergies, obesity, boils on the face and back, persistent headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, pain in the intestines, tummy, sluggishness? Do you catch the common cold or flu easily and feel weak and exhausted? These are all symptoms of toxic overload. The funny thing is that these symptoms do not appear in the place where it is overloaded, but in the weakest part of the body.

When I was a teenager, every morning before school I ate sugary boxed cereal for breakfast and waited at the bus stop drinking Pepsi. Before school I bought candy and chips to keep myself full before buying donuts for lunch. After school I had toasted pop-tarts and another Pepsi. My taste buds liked the sugary sweet sensation because I was addicted to sugar and caffeine.

Sweets, cakes, and cookies filled our cupboards and kitchen counters; we even had a drawer in the kitchen called the junk drawer that was always full of processed snacks to go. Sounds familiar? When I was young, eating this way didn’t affect me, I was a top track runner, champion women’s middleweight arm wrestler, and won several presidential awards for my athleticism.

But soon all this changed. I got married and had three kids, and I started eating a little better, just because my husband was more health conscious than I was. Approximately eight years later, my toned, athletic body began to take on a new shape and feel. I didn’t like how I felt. At thirty, I had persistent lower back pain; I could barely sit or get up without looking like the hunchback of Notre Dame. For two years I carried constant pain in my lower back. I was afraid for my health because the doctors didn’t know what the problem was.

I had huge pimples on my shoulders even though I scrubbed them vigorously with a sponge every day. I wasn’t fat, but I began to show off a paunch, and days would go by without a bowl movement. My back, obviously being the weakest part of my body, was getting severely worse. I went to the doctor and they told me that I was healthy as an ox and that nothing was wrong. He told me to do various exercises that would help reduce back pain. He also informed me that 70% of the population suffers from low back pain at some point in their lives, and it’s something most people just learn to live with. This was not good news.

I tried the exercises and it helped for a while, but soon the pain returned. With two babies and a toddler, I certainly couldn’t lie on the floor all day working out. At this point, in addition to always being tired, I felt frustrated, nervous, and nervous, but I was still determined to find the cause. I eliminated all processed foods from my diet, bought a juicer and drank fresh fruit and vegetable juices every day, my three children and my husband were enjoying the variety of fresh fruit juices and they were getting healthy too.

I bought books on diet and herbs, and even grew my own herbs and vegetables. Sprout sandwiches became the normal lunch at my house. My diet consisted of half raw food and half cooked food. Still, I had lower back pain, not that bad, but still couldn’t sit like a refined lady is supposed to sit, had to squat my whole body into a semi-roll before sitting down, and needed pillows underneath from me for the persistent and aggravating hemorrhoids I had from constipation, and another pillow behind me to support my back. This went on for more than two years, but the doctor told me that he was healthy.

“All the tissues are fed by the blood, which is supplied by the intestine. When the intestine is dirty, the blood is dirty, and so on with the organs and tissues.” Dr Benard Jensen

When I was nearly thirty-four years old, a pastor friend of mine came to the attention of a miracle cure who now writes, publishes, and distributes the book, “Cleanup or Surgery.” The naturopathic doctor said my symptoms were so closely related to the effects of toxic overload that he was sure the cleanse would really work. Promise and hope returned to my spirit. My husband even decided to take the intestinal tract cleanse with me. The great part about the intestinal cleanse is that we can still eat the same foods that we had been eating before!

We took the three month bowel cleanse, and my backache, constipation, tummy, pimples, hemorrhoids, groggy feeling, and tiredness were gone, just like that! Since then, I’ve done my own extensive research into why, when I changed my eating habits and cut out processed foods, and ate half my intake raw, I still showed and felt the symptoms of toxic overload. Simply because it didn’t go to the source of the problem, rather it covered up the root of the source and health problems, which was a hardened, clogged intestinal tract.

When the intestines are covered in hardened fecal matter, nutrients and waste cannot be transferred efficiently. Nutrients from the food I ate were not being absorbed properly into my bloodstream due to my clogged intestinal tract. Now, after six years and a lot of research, I find that this all makes a lot of sense.

Intestinal cleansing is effective in relieving these conditions: Constipation, chronic fatigue, asthma, colds and flu, allergies, back pain, respiratory disorders, digestive problems such as gas, indigestion and abdominal pain; prostate disorders, headaches and skin disorders, colitis and much more.

All the systems of the body will work better once the intestines are cleansed.

Bowel Cleansing Ingredients:

You can contact me with any questions you may have associated with bowel cleansing. [email protected]

1) Premium Whole Psyllium Husks – These husks provide fiber and lubrication for the intestines. When taken with liquid, they expand into a gelatinous mass, rubbing the intestinal wall, collecting old fecal matter and accumulating waste deposits. You can buy this at your local health food store; do not buy the tablet form or powder form, they do not work. Get only the whole psyllium husks that you mix with water. The tablets and powder are already broken down and processed, so they won’t rub the lining of the intestines like whole shells do.

2) Blackstrap Molasses: Blackstrap molasses is a rich source of minerals and vitamins. It is an intestinal regulator and helps prevent constipation and colitis. Blackstrap molasses is not fully digested in the stomach like most other sugars. It is only partially digested in the stomach, then passes into the intestinal tract and is consumed in the intestines. Because of this, the nutrients are available in the intestinal tract where they are needed to aid in the cleansing process. Molasses helps regulate bowel movements and is an essential part of the intestinal program.

Whole Psyllium Husks and Blackstrap Molasses are the only two ingredients needed for intestinal cleansing. You may need to call your health food store ahead of time to make sure they have the entire supply shelled.

Do the cleaning:

First week, take four times a day before meals.

1 level teaspoon. whole psyllium husks

1 teaspoon molasses

Dissolve in 8 to 10 ounces of warm water

drink immediately

Drink another 8 to 10 ounces of water

Advance to full dose, four times daily before meals.

1 level tablespoon whole psyllium husks

1 teaspoon molasses

Dissolve in 8 to 10 ounces of warm water

drink immediately

Drink another 8 to 10 ounces of water

Do this cleanse for three full months for a complete digestive tract cleanse. After the three month period is over, you can stop taking the psyllium husks.

The most important thing we can do for ourselves is to keep an open mind to the possibilities of cleansing in regards to our health. After all, if I hadn’t been aware of this cleanse, or worse, had been skeptical of its properties, I may very well have ended up in my later years with a bag strapped to my waist or no gallbladder. Yet here I am enjoying life to the fullest, completely healthy and grateful to the open minded and talented people who have discovered ways to cleanse our bodies without the use of conventional medicines, drugs and surgery.

“It is the intestine that invariably must be cared for first before effective healing can take place”, Dr. Benard Jensen.

Try the intestinal cleanse and see the results for yourself, the final result is incredible. My best wishes to you and your health as you experience the natural properties of cleansing without surgery. Happy cleaning!
