Thinking of going on a diet for a few days?

The common diet of a few days is extremely Low in calories diet that claims that you will lose between 3 and 13 pounds (depending on who is really telling the truth) in just a few days.

Of all, I am going to start my diet review a few days with the excellent points. The diet plan is very low in calories.

Some versions consist of a grapefruit at each meal, indicating that the plan has just under a thousand calories.

Others include it in a single meal, bringing it to around 810 calories.

Without a doubt, these calorie levels are not sustainable, so remember, however, that this is only a few days’ diet.

You can do it quickly for that long, so having some food to go on won’t hurt.

The second positive thing that I am going to mention in my few day diet reviews is that a fancy kitchen is not required to stick to this plan.

If you can boil an egg and cook vegetables in the microwave, you can follow this diet.

The foods needed are standard: cottage cheese, crackers, carrots, apples, etc., and I like to add some weight loss herbs like the wonderful detox tea.

The third thing that is great about this and along with some herbal diet pills is that the food that you are asked to eat in no way harms you.

You will eat fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc.

On second thought, you will be much better off on this program than you would be eating multiple meals at a junk food joint.

There is no “trick” to the few days plan, it is very low in calories.

The plan has some drawbacks.

You may lose a couple of pounds throughout the hungry, not the 12 pounds some advocates claim.

I would be remiss not to point out that prolonged use of this program would surely lead to anorexia.

Some plan names always mention something like “Few Days Diet” for a reason: it should only be used for a couple of days.

Another thing worth mentioning in these few-day plan evaluations is that you will most likely starve to death on this program.

Meals are quite small.

Breakfast and lunch are about 220 calories a piece, and yet dinner is about 370 calories or so.

If you’ve always been consuming, say, about 2,500 or more calorie diet plans (exactly what most Americans consume), you’re going to starve.

If you can hold on and say “it’s only a few days,” you will survive, and a certain herbal tea to help you lose weight will help alleviate some of your hunger pangs.

You are more likely to deliver your urge to eat more if you are psychologically unprepared for the challenges of cravings in the few days plan.

In short, the few days diet works. You cannot follow the plan extensively.

My few days plan reviews the big picture is that if you want to lose weight for a specific purpose in the very near future (a business event next weekend, maybe a dance or wedding and the like, or an upcoming meeting high school), it may then be worth doing.

As an extended plan, you will need to do more and participate more in the seriousness of your goals.
