Sales call reluctance and mental toughness

The thought of making prospect calls can turn the most difficult person to mush.

The fear of the unknown is a powerful fear. This, along with fear of rejection and fear of failure, will stop some salespeople in their tracks.

Part of my secret is training, especially when times get tough. I am not talking about physical exercise, although that is also important. I mean mental toughness. I spend part of each day working on my mental resilience. The ability to bounce back from disappointments and move forward quickly. The ability to act despite fear because without fear, who knows what you could achieve?

In order to use this type of training with sales personnel, there are certain key aspects to cover.

Help them become mentally strong with high levels of confidence.

2. Get rid of fear and procrastination.

3. Get more mental flexibility.

4. Get more behavioral flexibility, in other words, if you’re not getting the results you want to CHANGE something.

5. Eliminate limiting beliefs.

Now, for those analyzers out there, all of this may seem difficult to quantify. So below I list HOW I help my clients become mentally strong.

1. Mind / NLP exercises that create behavioral changes in less than an hour.

2. Install resource anchors creating the ability to instantly feel safer and stronger anytime, anywhere.

3. Install better behaviors using NLP.

4. Change the limiting beliefs and get rid of the silly childhood beliefs that you have been dragging on using NLP and hypnosis.

5. Integrate all the changes in your subconscious so that they become the new way of functioning.

By learning new mental techniques and training yourself to think differently, you or your team gain a huge advantage in sales.
