Busy Moms: When is the Perfect Time to Start Your Fat Loss Program?

Does it sound familiar to you?

I am waiting for the right time to start my fat loss program to lose my baby fat. Or I’ll start my diet on the first of the month, the first of the year, after the holidays, etc. It’s always “I’ll start losing baby fat when …”

What is all the waiting about?

Is there a magic moment or do the stars and planets have to be aligned correctly? What will happen differently in the next day, week, month, or year?

Busy moms, guess what? There is never a “right time”. You will always be busy with the children, the house, the husband, the family and so on. The right time is “Right now”. So you have to make the decision to do it now and stop putting it off.

Want:

– Regain confidence in yourself

– Have the energy to keep up with the children and all the other things.

– Eliminate cravings for sugar and junk.

– Put those sexy tight jeans back on.

– Get rid of stress

– Be noticed by your friends “Girl, you look GOOD”

– Have better health so that you want to take care of children and family.

Now can you smile and honestly say “No, the time is not right, I really don’t want all those things”?

So if you don’t want to feel and look good now, WHEN? If you wait for the “right time,” what will stop you from making the same decision to wait? Over and over again … Then another month or year of wishing and wanting and still not doing it will have passed. So what do you gain by waiting and not doing it “right now”?

It’s a shame that right after the holidays, after the first of the year, or at the beginning of bikini season, moms who want to get out of the “Wishing” lifestyle to start a fat loss program, only to fall back in the same. old lifestyle in just a few weeks or months. Going back to the moment is not right again …

Clearly this approach does not work. Taking the familiar, easy, and unsupported path only wastes your time, money, and energy just to be back in the same place day after day. It’s aggravating and it just drains you to no avail.

You have probably felt that before starting a fat loss program you should have everything in place. The time to exercise, the right foods in the cupboards, the babysitting service, etc.

You need to start “RIGHT NOW” and not worry about everything being perfect. You know this is true, but you have to convince yourself that the time is right and you are going to do it NOW! No matter what CHAOS is happening, it is YOUR TIME.

You need to visualize that the house is a mess, the dishes are piled up and all the clothes need to be washed and “You’re exercising no matter what.” Then once you are done with your exercise, you will tackle all the things that need to be done.

Once you realize that you need to consider your well-being first, it will be easier to stick with the program and trust me, it will all be done. Once you start to look too good, you may even get more help from your family (especially your husband) to make yourself look good.

If you are not taking care of yourself, what does this say to your children and loved ones? Remember that life is about duplication!

So moms: it’s time to act! Make your health and fitness a priority. Allow yourself the ability to look at yourself in the mirror with confidence and feel good about yourself. Show others (especially those you love) that you care and have made a decision to do something about their health and their appearance. Now is the time!
