I get a lot of great questions, whether it’s while giving lectures and workshops, or through phone conversations and emails. They are so important to everyone that I have decided to share some of them that could be of benefit to everyone.
The following is the answer to a question sent to me by a woman who was searching the Internet for information about what her young daughter was seeing: Sparkles.
I thought this article would be a great way for many people to benefit from one person’s question. In presenting the question along with the answer I provided, I have chosen to change names and some circumstances just to maintain anonymity. The woman who contacted me, “Karen”, has given permission to share this information with you. And I send my sincere thanks and best wishes to her and her sweet family.
Karen found me on Google while trying to search for “sparkles” that her 7-year-old sees. Her daughter has been seeing “sparkles” ever since she first told Karen about them when she was only 2 years old. She was trying to catch them…jumping etc. with the hand opening and closing.
Karen asked her daughter several questions about the sparkles. She sees thousands of them… all different colors… all the time. Day, night, light, dark, etc. All time.
His daughter is amazed that no one else can see them. She assumed for a few years that everyone could do it. Her siblings are teenagers and she doesn’t talk about them as freely as they are skeptical about her seeing the flashes. Her eyes/vision were tested and were fine. Karen asked her pediatrician about her and he said that she was playing, some kind of imaginary friend.
There are no “bad guys”, except that she doesn’t seem to like the little black guy she sometimes sees. She said they are round and look like sparkles. They do not speak, they are not “people”.
Karen asked me to explain what she might be seeing. Is this good or bad for her? Are they auras? They appear to be in rooms, but not “in” people. Neither stronger nor lighter for people, just around…everywhere.
Here is my answer for her:
Thank you very much for connecting with me. I certainly hope I can bring you some resolution.
First of all, I feel that you are very blessed to have a daughter who is open and shares what she sees or witnesses. I know she’s eight years old now, but as a two-year-old, she couldn’t make something like that up. Her natural responses to phenomena are proof enough for me that it’s real.
But aside from that, I have met other children who see, hear, or feel things other than the normal physical things that we are comfortable experiencing. It is important to realize that we are all spirits. We are spirits that are actually living in a physical body, experiencing the earth plane or third dimension. Then you begin to open yourself to other possibilities. We are actually limited in many ways by our physical bodies!
Have you ever tried to walk through an open door, only to bump into the side of the frame with your hip or shoulder? That is because the true self (spiritual being) did not see any limitations. But the physical body is really limited by physical input.
Your daughter is seeing no limitation. She sees things of a spiritual realm nature. She is natural and normal. It exists, whether we see it with our physically limited eyes or not. There’s a story about the time when there were only native people living in the Americas… long before it was America. There were men from Europe who were looking for other lands in their ships. They reached the east coast of America. The Indians who lived there did not see the ships because their minds had never seen anything that represented such a thing. It was totally foreign to them. The brain could not register the vision of the ships.
Several days passed and the leader began to notice ripples in the water…slowly, then he began to see what had always been there: the ships.
Our children these days are coming into the world fully aware of the spirit realm. They see no limitations. We should be okay with that, because it shows how wonderfully our human race is evolving!
My daughter was born in 1974. She grew up in an openly spiritual environment. She taught you about communicating with angels, spirit guides, and loved ones who have passed away. When she was in her 30s she reminded me that she could see things in the dark atmosphere of the night. She described it as looking at a TV when the network picture was not on…something gray and blurry. Only she saw it at any time of the night, not when she was watching television.
As he focused on it, the fuzz began to move and change, then took shape. She would move on to animals and scenes that she recognized. Sometimes it was scary to see, because he didn’t understand some of the things visible to her. They looked terrifying, like monsters.
It took me a long time to understand what the hell he was talking about. Even when she explained it in terms I could understand, she still didn’t get it. (And I am a spirit medium!) So for her husband and other older children to question the validity of the experiences, she totally gets it. They just don’t “get it”.
But that’s okay. It is not important that they understand it. Your daughter knows you believe it, and that’s enough.
I think she is seeing etheric energy. They are not the auras of people per se, but the very stuff they are made of. It’s just a disorganized form of that energy: pure and simple. Quite a blessing.
As it grows, you may begin to see it change and take shape as well. I hope I can continue to describe these flashes to you, especially as they take shape. She may be the one to write the book on these experiences.
