Bananas, the instant energy source

If you want a quick energy boost, there’s no better snack than a banana. Bananas have three natural sugars; Sucrose, fructose, and glucose, combined with a fiber, a banana provides an instant and sustained energy boost. Research has shown that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute exercise.

Green bananas contain resistant starch, so named because it cannot be digested by the small intestine, which is then fermented in the large intestine, often causing wings. Because ripe bananas are very easy to digest and rarely cause allergic reactions, they are a popular solid food for babies.

Banana Cream Pudding

Bananas-4

Chocolate sauce-1 cup

Powdered sugar- 1 cup

Little chocolate powder – 2 tablespoons.

Cut the banana into large pieces. Mix the chocolate sauce and the powdered chocolate to make a cream. Then add the banana pieces in this cream. Mix the powdered sugar into the cream.

Set this mixture for some time in a freezer until the pudding turns smooth to a medium hardness.
